Lancôme Lippy Love ❤️

I’m not one for big bold lip colours, I usually prefer a smokey eye and nude lip but I was given a few Lancôme samples and thought I’d have a test!

Rouge 132: first off, I’m a sucker for cute little bottles of anything! So when I saw this I fell in love immediately….then I opened it up and felt a little nervous as this is RED! I’ve never really worn red as I think it washes me out, but I have a friend that works on a Lancôme counter and she told me everyone suits red, you just haven’t found the right shade! I think she might be right too.

The formula feels super moisturising and smooth. It’s not patchy when applied either! One stroke and your well on your way. However, it does stain quite badly so if you get it in the wrong place, good luck getting it off! I think this Lippy is slowly converting me, I’m looking forward to trying out maybe a deeper shade of red. This retails for about £23…highly priced! But for a lipstick that doesn’t dry out and lasts pretty much all day I think it’s worth an investment.

Gloss In Love 385: Again, I’m not a big pink fan! And after trying this sample I’m still not sure if I am. The colour I was given is 385 and a super hot pink! Saying that though, the feel was almost silky and it wasn’t very sticky which I liked. Lancôme have also designed a special applicator which is meant to ‘hug’ your lips to create the perfect application….hmmmm.

I do love the little bottle though! I would defiantly try this gloss in a different shade, maybe a peachy colour? They retail at about £20 so if you are going to buy, I presume this will last you a long time as a tiny bit goes a long way. It’s also super, super glossy and gives your lips hours of moisture, which is undoubtably a plus!
